For the Evergreen Village Square project, our client - an architecture firm - provided detailed floor plans of a townhome development. Their objective was to present the design vision clearly to their investor client. Using these technical files, our 3D rendering team produced photorealistic visuals that accurately illustrated the site layout, building massing, and spatial flow of the entire community.
The final 3D renders helped turn complex architectural drawings into clear, engaging visuals, making it easier for the investor to understand the project’s potential. This allowed the firm to communicate design intent more effectively, gain stakeholder alignment, and move forward with greater confidence during the planning phase.
These images served not only as compelling visuals for investors but also as tools for planning discussions, public hearings, and internal design reviews. They enabled quicker decision-making and reduced misunderstandings across teams.

For the Sandy Hollow project, our client approached us with newly captured property photos, detailed floor plans, a full spec sheet, and detailed instructions for renovation. Their objective was to transform existing photos into realistic 3D renderings that reflect the property's future look, incorporating architectural changes, updated materials, and new interior styling. For this project, our 3D team reimagined the home: removing gazebos and stair railings from exterior shots, squaring off rounded pillars and windows, updating wall colors, flooring, lighting, and trim throughout the interiors. Spaces like the sunroom, kitchen, master suite, and grand room were fully redesigned per the plans, down to the furniture layout and detailed changes.
These tailored 3D renderings served as a powerful visualization tool, helping their stakeholders better understand the scope of changes, secure approvals, and align more effectively with buyers and project partners before the final construction. Additionally, the renderings were instrumental in marketing materials and funding presentations, enabling all project stakeholders to share a unified vision for the home’s transformation and final result.
